DiagramAlly

Privacy

DiagramAlly is a public beta.

We count anonymous totals of actions (for example 'a PowerPoint was downloaded') per day. No personal data, no cookies, no content.

The short questionnaire is voluntary. If you send it, we store your answers, the brand and chart type you had picked, the date (not the time) and, only if you give it, your email to reply to you. We store no chart data, IP address or device details. Answers are deleted after 12 months; email us to have your email removed sooner. The email is never shared or used for marketing.

Accounts (optional)

You can create an account with a passkey to keep your saved identities (colours, font and style settings, an optional original PNG/JPEG logo and a short source note). We store: a random account id, your passkey's public key (the private key never leaves your device), the optional name you typed, the identities you save, and a hash of your sign-in session (the session lasts 30 days and is kept in a cookie that only DiagramAlly can read). There is no email, no password and no tracking. Deleting a saved identity also deletes its logo. You can delete the account at any time on the account page, and everything above is deleted with it.

If paid exports are offered, we store a random purchase reference, chart digest, format, payment status and limited payment identifiers for reconciliation, not your chart data. The export remains in your browser. No pending chart is saved by the paid-export helper.

Feedback notes

You can press and hold anywhere on the page to leave a note. Only if you choose to do so, your note and a screenshot of the page as you see it (including the numbers and text currently shown) are sent to the DiagramAlly team. Nothing is sent unless you submit a note.
